Is There Dogmatism in Fasting?
"I feel like in the fitness world, it's almost like having muscle goes in and out of being like trendy," she says. "There's a lot of dogmatism and fasting." She adds that some days you have higher fat in your diet than others. But if someone is metabolically inflexible or insulin resistant, they can't be intuitive about their eating yet.
