Treatment for globe rupture in the emergency department is really quite straightforward right it's just a shield call ophthalmology. Orbital compartment syndrome, traumatic laucoma and globe rupture are clinical diagnoses don't depend on the CT for those but be prepared to manage your patient. Just because you don't see a meniscus doesn't mean there's no hyphema. And think about using TXA in patients who are bleeding in or around the eye particularly with retrobulver hemorrhage and with hyphemmma.
