Vivek: My basic approach to management of a company like this is to empower the people. And another piece of my job is to look for obstacles and get them out of their way. So I'm always available and happy to have a scientific discussion about some new data. But there's typically a small core team of people who do most of the heavy lifting on the program, which you know, either weren't utilized appropriately or might be the wrong reason.
