C O Pt

It's so common for me to see a patient who's never smoked and has been diagnosed with c o p. The way internists have to see people at such a fast rate, i think probably it's really hard to get all the history down. But on the other hand, that 20 year old patient has so longed to go with that bronche ectasis that it's still very important to take them seriously even though they're such a much more rare condition than diobedes or heart disease.
