Casual Sex Can Be So Enlightening
In college, when it wasn't modelled or accepted to have casual sex, one of the reasons was because i didn't want the judgment. The other thing i want to say is that casual sex can be so empowering, and it takes a flip of the way we think about sex. I'm not saying that you should go out and sleep with somebody right now and try this again. But maybe you could reframe the ways that you think about sex as an experience for you that is empowering and satisfying. That's it for to day's episode. See you on t Tuesday.
