Is It Legislative?

Police forces and law enforcement agencies using this kindt of technology in a way that, personally, i think is justified. It becomes more controversial where it potentially means the police can sort of, you know, just identify you wherever you are. The problem is, right now we're operating in this sort of legal limbo where we don't have any laws. What ends up happenings, it's kind of just to free for all means is wild west territory.
