An opinion poll came out today where the Conservatives were behind Labour for the first time in a very long time. I want to get started by this to start being frightened of the electorate again, he says. Nigel Farage has his weaknesses and it certainly has made some mistakes,. But he's probably the most successful politician in Britain, the modern era. Like my hero, William Wilberforce, he wasn't ever a party leader but went into Parliament. It will be hard for a populist party to take off.
