I don't follow like a kind of set script or set questions obviously I know in my mind you know what it is that means okay yeah this would make a great demo for example. So then literally be like okay cool so it sounds like most of your employees are in and basically say back to them what they've told you. The reason why I think this is effective is because number one it makes that prospect feel like they're heard. What you're really listening to what they say I suppose just going back with a question also buys you a little bit of time to kind of think about where you want to take the conversation next.
