Every ic test i've ever taken has required skills, and not just some raw mes of brain. My bet is that it will be used to do all those things. It's just a simple test for the helping of children. And that was the origin of ic its founder's beautiful vision. The idea that there's no other factors at play with how well some one is going to do playing that game other than just their intelligence, is really strange.
