Is There a Waver in the Trips Agreement?
There are times in which you can selectively wave ip. That's one thing that was proposed actually at the werld trade organization. But from everyone i talk to, it's kind of thought of to be neither here nor there. It's extremely watered down. If there's some bits of it that have to do with exports, but i i it's definitely not the waver that people were looking for. The reason that these problems exist all comes down to legislation called the trips agreement.
