Is There Too Much Chaos That Needs More Order?

I think the impulse of or civilizational moment is to manage te volatility out of s. And i think systems need volatility. They need chaos so that the selective magic can happen and things improve and things can grow. I don't think i would prescribe more order for almost anything, whether it's education or government organization, or the economy, or even the environment. I think more chaos is better.
