The Interpretation of Dreams

I like how he spends so much of the first section just like lining up everybody else's arguments and then just kind of eviscerating some of them. It feels very not petty, but it feels like a war kind of because that's the first section of the interpretation of dreams. If you were going to go in the prophetic direction of dream interpretation as a piece of writing, it's crazy. I mean, it's very hard to read. And it's like thousands of examples. He just like piles them on,. You're just like sifting through a million examples of people's dreams which give you a very strange picture of turn of the century Vienna.
