Why You Shouldn't Interview Minority Candidates
If there were qualified minority candidates, they would be interviewed anyway. What if you've already decided on a candidate who you think is thebe for the job, and that guy happens to be white? Well, you can't hire im unless you go through the motions of interviewing a black eye. That's what happened with flores. He may realize that he really didn't have a shot at these positions, but he was being interviewed anyway because these teams had to comply with the rules. But that's the fault of the stupid rule.
