The Importance of Preparing for Team Coaching

I wanted them to prepare for the coaching sessions on their own rather than me doing the, you know, doing work through interviews. Oftentimes when we're struggling with others or groups or in conflict, all we can see are the problems. And it's somehow the strengths and the positive just gets crowded out. We basically used that SWOT analysis as a sort of a framework as a way to begin exploring some of the issues facing the team.
