i think the biggest thing that you might lose if you don't surround yourself with the right people is, i mean, like journalism essentially. A good editor can see your blind spots. They know that your young er, you may not have as much experience in talking to people who don't want to talk to you. The difference between an anonymous source or speaking on bad ground, and things like that, where those lessons are very hard to learn on your own,. without s without co workers, without another pair of eyes. You just can't do it all yourself, totally.
