Transplanting Multiple Myeloma - Is 90 Days a Long Time?

So let's say we had our patient standard risks, multiple myeloma. He wants to do everything he can to have a longest time off treatment. Do you transplant him? How would you approach that? Let's say this guy was like, I really don't, I can't take off that 90 days for me. What are your guys thoughts on that? And is that a patient that you would feel comfortable saying, Hey, let's delay this transplant"? Yeah. We're not quite there yet, but we're getting there. But on the flip side of that, I've had some patients that we've either gone through or not gone through transplant and our MRD negative.
