Is There Consciousness in a Machine?
In one of his lesser known papers, turing says it actually does matter what's going on inside. If a system passes the turing susing a look up table, then you'd have to imagine that one's conclusions about the consciousness of the system would be different. That sounds exactly like cell's book inside the room. Well, i think nobody believes that. It's fascinating. I'm aware that we're running out of time. Ah, it's one of the limitations of humans that we usually can't do. You see any technology outside of the box of current deep learning methods that could lead to break throughs in this area?
