Is Identity a Part of the Belief System?
The way that people talk about ideology is a network of attitudes. And so why, i mean, what you alluded to, jus con o speaks to it, but why is identity also need to be part of the model too? Yes. My lest official answer is, i just think that their identities are usually attitudes, just by a different name. Anyways, a iso to me like this is all all the same, ok. So my my er official answer is that, i political identities are clearly important to understanding how people understand politics and so excluding them is excluding something that is dump just obviously important in the research literature.
