Xiao Zhan Hang's Dough-Figure Making

Do-figuring making is a unique art popular to North China. It was brought to Beijing by Southerners as they mixed glutinous rice flour and wheat flour, Beijingers call them glutinous rice figurines. The Xiao family has been making dough-figurines ever since his great-grandfather's generation. They focus on characters from classic literature works for the laws and local oppress.
