Charles Garcia: Value somebody else's time at what it's worth. Early on, I had a mentor that essentially he stopped responding back to my text message. He said his time is worth $10,000 an hour and you just cost me like $300 by asking that question. If your time is worth under $100 an hour, you have to put the time in need time, need knowledge, you have capital.
