GBTC is actually the closest derivative to Bitcoin because it's just Bitcoin held in cold storage and Coinbase in a trust structure that sort of bankruptcy remote. So look, I never viewed it as buying Bitcoin at a discount because I'm not sure you ever get Bitcoin if they don't unwind the trust. And so even thoughCoinbase got sued by the SEC, right, the stocks actually gone up in recent weeks, and I think that's quite telling. You look at the BlackRock ETF, if it gets approved, would be a big deal. They sense correctly, he believes, that it's highly likely that Grayscale will win their appeals suit with the SEC.
