Yeast is also able to esurify the alcohol from polyfunctional tiles. So at the end we ended up with the tiles with the alcohol function, but also the corresponding tiles with the acetate function. And this acetate has an even lower threshold, and usually describes like smoother aroma or more patient fruit. It could be interesting to have this type of tile instead of the alcohol one.
