Nolan Was a West Coast Blues Guitarist
Nolan was one of many west coast blue guitavists with a similar style, influenced by bone walker. His first recording came with monte easter on alatin records. After working with easter, he started recording with chuck higgins and also started recording by himself. nolan had released records on many labels, but his most important early association came from records he made but didn't release.
