How to Mend the Relationship Between Product and Customer Support
The product team and the customer support team were at odds. So what I wanted to do was mend that relationship by understanding both sides. And so how did I go about doing this? I held a workshop, I held two separate workshops. They talked through which ones they thought were more important than others. Then we prioritized those shared pain points in a bi-weekly meeting.
