A lot of the work to the downside in markets has already been put in through this first nine months of the year. In the s and p 500, we're down about 23 to 24%. Shallow recessions are down about 28 % on average. So what we're looking at here is five to ten percent downside. But if we do enter that period of volatility, that really could be your opportunity to position yourself for a more sustainable rebound in the 12 months ahead.
