"How is this country real? I've lived here mine's eye-lide," he asks. "You have no authority here, Barnabas Borbulby." It was a sustainable farming and reforestation project on Shotwick Park near the Northwest English Village of Sog Hall that's been his home base for two days. The journalist took a train up to Sog Hall to go to the Paris Council meeting where apparently all the controversy around this project has been centered. By evening, we were in the back row of a parish council meeting that had descended into utter chaos.
