In the epilogue, you kind of seem to downplay its importance to your study or how much we can draw from extrapolating animals to humans. There has been so much amazing new research that has come out and is coming out in the next few years on this question of race and racism in the pre-modern world. I want my book to contribute to their studies in a positive way rather than becoming so committed to a focus on the term Race.
