The Importance of Voter Suppression
There is no baseline protection for voting rights that has been passed since 2020 to give you ultimate confidence in how the election would go. And when you look at who waits in line to vote in America, it's basically black voters and college students. If you are waiting six minutes in line, you don't have time to eat. So there is a fundamental structural problem that these voter suppression laws interact with that create not just barriers to voting, but fundamentally just disenfranchise voters.
