I'd had a friend that was diagnosed seven years ago and I didn't really know anything about it you know. It wasn't until another one of my side businesses had many many of them to support my music because music's hard for everyone. The biggest thing was in that sorry solden book when they talk about hiding that's where I realized in my entire music career I've had very stark chapters of hiding, rejection sensitive dysphoria plays a big role in my life.
