The Different Types of Therapy for OCD
"I had a whole world in my head. Um, very vivid, very real," she says of her experience with OCD. "It's the same crux of something super scary and I got to do some mean to fix it." She did cognitive behavioral therapy which was a lot of ERP exposure, exposure response prevention. It takes doing it over and over and over for your brain to kind of believe you, um, and believe reality about it.
