How to Adapt for Hot Conditions

There's a few physiological adaptations that occur. The adaptation can be very environmentally specific. I've seen much better results when you get as close to the specific environment as possible. That's where I would suggest you want to also do your training. But it comes with the caveat that too much time it's a very stressful thing.
