I sometimes think writing is a bit like a ventriloquist, but what you write is the dummy or the character that you're making talk. So as with ventriloquism, you can make the dummy say ever he wants. In real life, i don't suppose i'm any better or worse than anybody else about it. I meen i try to be honest, but i can't actually put hand on heart sam somehow or other, more honest than other people.
