Brian Winchester and Denise's Affair
Brian Winchester took the stand as the star witness. He spared no detail as he provided a full account of his affair with Denise and their eventual plot to kill her husband. Brian said he never wanted to be the one who found Mike's boat, but his dad insisted on searching the area. Through strained tears, Brian said, my dad didn't want to give up. He loved Mike. The defense put it to Brian that he was actually obsessed with Denise.
