The New Chicago P.D.

Dr. V.D. Lespants performed a testicle rejuvenation therapy on young men of Chicago in the 1920s and early 1930s. Just before Dr. Lespant's treatment, one man would be attacked with a drug and his balls would be harvested. A second high profile victim of ball nabbing comes forward: Harry Johnson. He had no memory of his ball harvesting surgery but later came forward to say he thought he'd passed out after a day-long bender.
