A food condiment brand surprised me the most. Food and supplements are two really hard categories to sell, especially if it's a healthy food. Apparel was definitely a tough one this year. The competitors to our clients started running their Black Friday significantly earlier at a much higher discount. And so we saw a huge drop in conversion rate.
