Roland Martin: We bought a property outside of Washington DC and it was a parking lot for FedEx Field. And we looked at it and said, what people want are homes, not just apartments. So that's how new it was when we started now three or four years ago. It's becoming this incredible sort of new asset class. I think that's why we're going to see you give returns from it is that it created a new product type that people want.
