Is There a Need for Salespeople?

i think a lot of founders i talk to or product people say, why do we even need sales people? Why don't we just build a totally self service product. A, that's where self service is great and useful, but you start ta scale beyond that. And especially as you go up market to bigger contracts, salespeople become a necessary evil,. for better or worse, absolutely....
