The Importance of Breathing in Meditation

Breathing is an important thing to train and in a way when you're poor breathing like I was off the back of my brain injury. It helped her with the nervous system down regulation that you're talking about. She gradually moved away from like I can't meditate to I need to work on my breathing. But she still don't really like seeing still to actually I like the feeling I get and actually enjoy working on the breath.
