Self Compassion
I think self compassion is something that i, a lot of the people i work with, really struggle with. For example, you know, like i said, i just had a kid, and it's it's impossible to do the same amount of things that i was doing before. Ret ye: It's actually quite practical to practise that self compassion of being like, i can only get so much done, right? I want to do it in a way that is in service to me, right? You create things because it's in service to you and your life, as well as its being in service to others.
