i agree with you on remaining open and inviting to students from china, publy cause theyare great to havin the class rom at ads. But also because it's a strategic advantage in the long runweee talking about the next generation. And i think that's actually a case where there is a really interesting cold war parallel. It's pretty clear that seeing how thriving, democratic, open societies worked had the effect of increasing their discontent with the way that a deeply authoritarian system worked anot.
