Are You at Risk for Food Addiction?

If you have a family history of al or other substance use, might you be a candidate for food addiction? Yes. A study recently coming out on this in the a p a journal, psychology of addicted behaviors. And there we found that aFamily history of problematic alcohol and take was associated with much more heightened risk of food adiction. People who were showing this kind of compulsive, addictive pattern of intake with these highly processed foods were also at heightened risk for their own personal alcohol blems and smoking and vaping.
