What Are the Lagging Indicators?
Metrick: I tend to think of things in financial terms. In many cases it's dollars and cents, those are the lagging indicators. Of course there are some leading at that are more qualitative on organizational or design or structure. It's much easier showng on paper, cause it doesn't sound as simple when i talk about it. But it's really about two or three calculations,. And you're repeating that reporting period after reporting period to really measure the growth.
