The Undefined Role of the Deputy Chair of the Security Council

Putin gives me a totally new and totally undefined role as deputy chair of the Security Council. He's mid-vediv is given a few new inter-departmental subcommittees to chair on vogesh new security topics like environmental issues, which then gets ignored once the epidemic issue becomes a serious one. But the main thing is that actually his authority is not in any way enhanced quite the opposite. No one really thinks this is going to be a serious job. All he really does is bring over a few PR people more than anything else.
