The Coronavirus in Australia

In Australia, we're a very interest rate elastic borrowing community. Short term changes in monetary policy have a huge impact on housing. I don't think there's going to be some cataclysmic correction. It will be interesting to see whether there's any panic. We haven't really seen a panic in Aussie housing before.
