Using Your Attention to Different Parts of Yourself
By using your attention to different parts of yourself, we actually learn to monitor and modify what's happening in the movement. By simply directing your attention, you invite more and more of yourself into any action that you're interested in doing. I'm noticing that there's i'm able to turn much further on the right. And then really with the left foot, it kind of icaud go a lot further. My left side feels more sort of awake.
