How to Rank for Bing Chat and Google Search Chat

Bing is suggesting that it's trying to drive traffic through to the underlying pages. Whether this is anything more than paying lip service so that it doesn't get hit by lawsuits claiming that it's scraping and making money off people's content on their website without giving them any traffic remains to be seen.
