Posta Shapes - What Do You Like?
Ron o'Brien and Dan O'Brien are trying to come up with a new pasta shape. They try out 50 different shapes from specialty stores across New York City. One of the criteria they use is sauceability, which means how well does it adhere to sauces. The pair also look for patterns in the posta boxes that could be used as design inspiration.
