Cool G Rap: The Influence of Iced Tea
I don't think anyone would disagree that at least he was influential. Cool G rap was a far better rap than iced tea, far better. Leaps in bounds but more influential for sure. But iced tea's still in the lexicon. He's still out there. That's why you gotta give it ice tea, but. You could say flavor, flavor, flavor,. maybe over Cool G rap. When I was a kid, that was a scary rap song. The scary rap was the one that resonated with me and iced tea was one of the first scary songs.
