Chief justice john roberts and the newest, bret cavana, no, no. The main thing that changed was the oral argument. i think justices gorsich and amy cony barrett have been clearer in their pre justice careers,. That would lead me to think that think ro is wrong. A chief justice roberts, i think, he has voted in several major cases, including the bombo car case which is also ten years ago now. He is willing, I think, to compromise on constitutional principle in order to keep the court out of politics.
