I'm Doing a Dogmatic Series on the Application of Salvation
This is language that christ uses when he talks about how we were made one with him in unity. Nothing in what was said there is foreign at all from the lutheran tradition. The internal transformation is imperfect. My virtue, my being conformed to christ's image, has a very long way to go. And i can't find insurance internally, her assurance internally. I need to find assurance extranos, outside of me. And that's where i find in christ. But in view of that assurance, i grab unto him for my assurance in my joy and peace, in all those things. In that i live out, or christ lives out his own life within me.
